These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to Cinder Vault, this marketing site, and related APIs operated by Night Gallery Games (“we”, “us”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for entertainment, subject to these Terms and store rules. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or exploit the Services except as allowed by law.

Optional purchases

Cinder Vault is designed so the story can be completed without purchases. Optional in-app items (such as hint packs, puzzle skips, time capsules, or cosmetic entitlements) may be offered. Purchases are processed by Apple, Google, and/or RevenueCat under their terms. Refunds are handled by the store platforms according to their policies.

Accounts & progress

Progress sync may rely on a player identifier. You are responsible for devices you use. We may suspend access that threatens security or violates these Terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt or overload the Services
• Do not bypass purchase or entitlement checks unlawfully
• Do not submit abusive or unlawful content via support channels

Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Night Gallery Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Services.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
